Mandatory Training

Exciting news … TCG is about to launch it’s mandatory training.

We are starting off slowly and we will grow this portfolio as part of our commitment to your professional development.

We will be collating all of the training records through Employment Hero. So get ready to see some notices from Employment Hero … unfortunately we cannot turn these off so we apologise for the spam.

So initially some of you may have already completed the training, and that is great. If you have your certificates at hand, please login to your Employment Hero account and upload them. These will all have an expiry date of 12 months after you completed the course. We have got some training records saved and we will try to also upload these for you if they are relevant.

If you haven’t completed this training previously, don’t worry, you will soon received an email from us letting you know how to log in and complete it.
